liked the hotel, but I have two things to point out. First, I requested towels twice at the front desk, but they were never delivered. Also, at no point during my stay did anyone come to the room for housekeeping or cleaning. Another issue I had was with my sneakers. I forgot them in the room, and when I followed up with the hotel, they initially said they couldn’t find them. It was only after I returned to my home state that they informed me that the room cleaner had found them. I tried to address the issue right after checking out by asking them to check the cameras and so on, but nothing was resolved at the time. However, I want to thank them in the end for finding my sneakers and sending them back to me. I also want to apologize for any inconvenience caused, as everything was resolved in the end.

Since we entered the hotel, the staff has provided excellent service. All were very helpful and attentive. The location is fantastic for those looking for a vivacious night and day environment. We stayed only one night, but having two restaurants on the hotel premises and even more restaurants within walking distance was great. We did not visit the beach but it is exactly across the street, very close to one of the main entrances to the Isla Verde beach.

It's conveniently located right across the beach from Isla Verde and close enough to most tourist attractions. Room is small but clean and includes a mini fridge and microwave .Faccio in the lobby serves great pizzas and pastas. There's a laundry room in the basement which is handy to dry your soaking beach clothes.

Front desk staff was helpfully bilingual. Requested more towels for a family room which was easily accommodated. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family room. It was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. We were very pleased with our stay here prior to catching an early morning flight.
